RETURN POLICY

While we strive to provide the absolute best selection of items for you and your family's wardrobe, we only offer returns for store credit. But if you were sent a wrong or damaged item, those will be taken care of.

 STORE CREDIT ONLY

  • We do not offer REFUNDS because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return.
  • We do offer STORE CREDIT. 
  • Must be less then 14 days from purchase date, unwashed and still have tags attached.
  • Must pay for return shipping.
  • ALL SALES FINAL for Sale items.

    Anything Wrong? 

    • PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. 
    • If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt at lyssaloostx@gmail.com so we can address the issue. 
    • We cannot help you if it has been longer than 14 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed.
